Standard Shipping Rate:
Most apparel items are $6.99 for one item + $3.99 for additional items shipped to the US.
Handling Time: We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Handling time takes about 2-6 business days for All Over Print Apparel products.

Currently US & International standard shipping only. Depending on your location, Standard Shipping time for US is approximately 2-5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of delivery for refund eligibility. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or personalization errors.

To be eligible for a return under these circumstances:
- The item must be unused, not personalized, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. If we are not informed within this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please first contact us at info@bilmiss.com with your order number and photo proof. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return in your message. We will guide you through the return process. Returns must not be sent back to the address on the shipping label or to our business address unless explicitly authorized. Return addresses may vary depending on the production partner used for your order.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
