This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Bilmiss (operated by Bilmis LLC).

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing preferences, or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective

  • Digital products (instant downloads) are non-refundable once delivered

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us at info@bilmiss.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) or video evidence

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A free replacement, produced and shipped at no cost

Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days.

Additional Notes

  • International duties or import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Production time is typically 2–7 business days, plus shipping time depending on destination
