Refund Policy

At Bilmiss, all items are custom-made after purchase and are produced on demand. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. We’ll be happy to offer a free replacement or a full refundno item return is required.

Eligibility for Refund or Reprint

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error
  • The wrong item was received
  • A confirmed issue occurred on our side during design or personalization
  • The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photo(s) or video of the issue

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size, color, or personalization details entered during checkout
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Slight variations in print or sizing within tolerance:
    • ±1” for most adult garments
    • ±0.5” for baby clothing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Orders sent to undeliverable PO Box addresses

Shipping Issues

If your order shows “delivered” but is missing:

  • Double-check the delivery address you entered
  • Check with your local post office or delivery drop-off location
  • If the address was correct and still missing, contact us

We’ll investigate and may offer a reprint if there's no confirmed delivery and the address was valid.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation or edit, contact us promptly at info@bilmiss.com.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your issue is confirmed:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, or
  • A free replacement will be printed and shipped

Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days.

Note: VAT, customs duties, and international taxes are non-refundable.
