This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Bilmiss (operated by Bilmis LLC).

Return Window

  • 30 days: All products come with a 30-day return window.

  • However, because our products are made-to-order and customized, standard returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • Within this 30-day period, refunds are only granted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error.

Eligibility

  • Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Digital products (instant downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bilmiss.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) or video evidence

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, OR

  • A free replacement will be produced and shipped.

Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days.

Important Notes

  • International duties or import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For shipping-based items, please allow standard production time (2–7 business days) plus the shipping timeframe for your region.
