We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to Wyoming, USA.
For international orders, we do not collect customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges, if applicable, are determined and collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

These fees are not collected or controlled by us and vary depending on local laws and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure about potential charges.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs clearance timelines. While most international orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, some may be delayed due to customs inspections or local regulations.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs delays, or courier issues.
We understand — sometimes plans change!
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We’ll gladly cancel or adjust your order as long as it hasn’t entered production yet — no questions asked.
If more than 2 hours have passed, your order may already be in production or on its way. In that case, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly via the tracking page on our website.
Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours after shipping.
You can also visit our Order Tracking Page to check the latest status of your delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.
Once your order is processed, a tracking number is created even while your item is still being prepared for shipment. It may take a few days for tracking updates to appear, especially if your package hasn’t yet been scanned by the carrier.
This doesn’t mean your order is delayed — it’s simply on its way through the fulfillment process.
Please note that during holidays or high-volume periods, updates may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure each item is carefully crafted before it ships
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, customization, or selected the wrong size, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before the item goes into production.
Since all items are custom-made, production may begin quickly. We can’t guarantee changes after that window — but we’ll always do our best to help.
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes — but feel free to contact us and we’ll help if we can.

Address Requirements & International Notices
- Shipping address must be written in Latin
characters. - A phone number is required for
international delivery. - PO box delivery is not recommended outside
the US. - Some countries (e.g., Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, South Korea) require a national ID or tax number at checkout. Please ensure it’s entered correctly to avoid delays or returns.
🚫 Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel lockers (e.g., Germany’s Packstation) are not guaranteed and may result in returned or delayed shipments. Use a physical street address if possible.
Order confirmation emails are automatically sent within a few minutes of placing your order. If you haven’t received it:
- Please check your Spam or Promotions folder — it may have landed there.
- Make sure you entered correct email address at checkout.
Still no email? No worries — just Contact Us or send us an email at: info@bilmiss.com or message us via WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to confirm your order manually.
Due to our sublimation printing process and vacuum sealed shipping, lighter colored items may arrive with slight discoloration which is completely normal and will come out after one light wash!
Returns
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
We’ll be happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund — no item returns required.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
Incorrect size, color, or personalization details entered during checkout
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Slight variations in print placement or product dimensions within acceptable tolerance
(±1” for most adult garments, ±0.5” for baby apparel)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
(including undeliverable PO Box addresses)
Your satisfaction matters, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s a genuine issue.
We do not require you to return the item if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Simply contact us with clear photo evidence within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund—no return shipping necessary.
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size, buyer’s remorse, or personalization errors. In these cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
