How We Ship

All items available at Bilmiss are made to order. Your item is produced after purchase to ensure the highest quality.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc) depending on your location and the item ordered.

Shipping costs, delivery times, currencies, and applicable taxes may vary by destination and are calculated at checkout — no payment is required to view rates.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 5–7 business days to appear. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• We collect sales tax only for orders delivered within the state of Wyoming, USA.
• For all other U.S. states, Canada, and Australia: import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may be charged by your country’s border authority.
• These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Bilmiss.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes after production begins are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we will either:
• Provide a free replacement, or
• Issue a full refund after carrier investigation if applicable
