Shipping Policy

All items available at Bilmiss are made to order. When you place an order, your item is printed especially for you—one at a time—to ensure the highest quality.

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Asendia, BetterTrucks, or UDS, depending on your location and the item ordered. Shipping costs, delivery times, currencies, and applicable taxes may vary based on your destination and will be adjusted accordingly during checkout.

Once your order is confirmed and ready, it will be dispatched promptly in the order it was received. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your shipment here. If your tracking shows “No information available,” please allow 5–7 business days for updates. Contact us if no updates are available after 10 business days.

Customs, VAT, and Import Taxes

We collect sales tax only for orders delivered within the state of Wyoming, USA.

For other U.S. states and international shipments, import taxes, customs duties, or VAT may apply at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As of July 1, 2021, all EU imports are subject to VAT. For detailed info, please check with your local customs office.

Address Requirements & International Notices

  • Shipping address must be in Latin characters
  • Phone number is required for international delivery
  • PO box delivery is not recommended outside the US
  • Some countries (e.g., Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, South Korea) require a national ID or tax number at checkout. Please ensure it's provided to avoid delivery delays or returns.

PO Box and Parcel Locker Deliveries

Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel lockers (like Germany’s Packstation) are not guaranteed. Such orders may be returned or delayed. Use a street address if possible.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes after production begins are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with a photo and your order number. We’ll assist with a replacement or file a carrier claim.
