  • All items are made to order and typically ship within 2–7 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • USA: 4–12 business days
    • Canada: 12–37 business days
    • Australia: 12–37 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided by email after dispatch.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Note: Some custom-made items (e.g., select bags) ship directly from our partner facility in China. Estimated delivery for these items is typically 7–22 business days (production + shipping). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How We Ship

All items available at Bilmiss are made to order. Your item is produced after purchase to ensure the highest quality.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Asendia, BetterTrucks, UDS) depending on your location and the item ordered.

Shipping costs, delivery times, currencies, and applicable taxes may vary by destination and are calculated at checkout — no payment is required to view rates.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 5–7 business days to appear. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact us.

Special Items (Ships from China): Some custom-made items (e.g., select bags) ship from our partner facility in China. Estimated delivery is typically 7–22 business days (production + shipping).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We collect sales tax only for orders delivered within the state of Wyoming, USA.
  • For all other U.S. states, Canada, and Australia: import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may be charged by your country’s border authority.
  • These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Bilmiss.
  • Customs policies vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Address Requirements

  • Use Latin characters for the address.
  • A valid phone number is required for delivery.
  • PO box delivery is not recommended outside the U.S.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes after production begins are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll assist with a replacement or file a carrier claim.
