Since all items are custom-made, production may begin quickly. We can’t guarantee changes after that window — but we’ll always do our best to help.

Address Requirements & International Notices

  • Shipping address must be written in Latin
    characters.
  • A phone number is required for international delivery.
  • PO box delivery is not recommended outside the US.

Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel lockers (e.g., Germany’s Packstation) are not guaranteed and may result in returned or delayed shipments. Use a physical street address if possible.

Incorrect size, color, or personalization details entered during checkout

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Slight variations in print placement or product dimensions within acceptable tolerance

(±1” for most adult garments, ±0.5” for baby apparel)

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer

(including undeliverable PO Box addresses)
