How it works:Select the “Send Digital Proof Before Printing (+$5.00)” option at checkout.You will receive your proof by email within 1–2 business days.You may request up to one round of minor edits (spelling, date correction, color adjustment).
Important: Proofing is optional but highly recommended for customers who want extra assurance before printing.
2. Physical Sample (On Request)
What is included: A single printed sample of your chosen design, shipped with a standard white envelope.
How to order: Select the “Sample” option or contact us at info@bilmiss.com.
Processing time: Printed samples are shipped within 3–5 business days.
Note: The sample includes your customized details but is for review purposes only. Bulk order discounts or bundles do not apply to sample purchases.
3. Policy Notes
Digital products (instant download) are non-refundable.
Proof and sample orders are considered final sale.
For bulk printed orders, we are not responsible for errors that were approved in the proof stage.
Customized Orders: Since all invitations are personalized and made-to-order, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 5 business days. We will issue a reprint or replacement at no extra cost.
