This is a made-to-order item. Once the order is placed, you have a 2-hour window to request edits, cancellations, or address changes. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Materials:1200D nylon material is a tightly woven fabric, which is tear-resistant, breathable and windproof.
Features: Adjustable shoulder straps for comfort and stability, Padded back panel, Cream interior lining. The bag has 1x zippered main compartment, on the outside 2x pockets perfect for fitting your water bottles or small items, 1x zippered pocket in the front. On the inside it has 1x zippered pocket and 4x open pockets for convenient item storage
Care instructions: Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Every item at Bilmiss is made-to-order
and custom-printed just for you — so we do not accept returns for non-defective
items.
However, we’re happy to offer a free reprint or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect
- You receive the wrong item
- A confirmed issue occurred on our side
during design or personalization
How to Request a Refund or Reprint:

- Send your request within 30 days of

Not Eligible for Refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or personalization entered at checkout
