All digital invitation templates sold by Bilmiss are delivered via instant download and intended for personal use only. By purchasing and accessing any digital file, you agree to the following terms:
License & Usage
– All digital templates are available for download immediately after purchase via email and order confirmation page.
– These are digital files only. No physical items will be shipped.
– Templates may be used for one-time personal use only.
– Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or modification of designs is strictly prohibited.
– You may customize text, fonts, colors, and layout — but some decorative elements (e.g., illustrations or clip art) may be fixed and non-editable.
Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once accessed or downloaded, refunds or exchanges are not available. Please ensure compatibility with your device or software before purchase.
Legal Notice for EU/UK Customers
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
– By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you waive your right to cancel.
– The 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once download access is provided.

Delivery Method
– Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your digital item.
– Download links or template access instructions will be:
• Shown on the order confirmation page
• Sent via email
– Editable templates (e.g., Canva, Templett) will be accessible through provided links.
Processing Time
Digital items are available instantly after purchase. There is no shipping or handling delay.
No Physical Shipment
Please note that no physical product will be shipped. If your order contains both digital and physical products, only physical items will be shipped based on our standard shipping policy.
