- Important: Proofing is optional but highly recommended for customers who want extra assurance before printing.
2. Physical Sample (On Request)
- What is included: A single printed sample of your chosen design, shipped with a standard white envelope.
- How to order: Select the “Sample” option or contact us at info@bilmiss.com.
- Processing time: Printed samples are shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Note: The sample includes your customized details but is for review purposes only. Bulk order discounts or bundles do not apply to sample purchases.
3. Policy Notes
- Digital products (instant download) are non-refundable.
- Proof and sample orders are considered final sale.
- For bulk printed orders, we are not responsible for errors that were approved in the proof stage.
- Customized Orders: Since all invitations are personalized and made-to-order, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
